The application offers several functionalities that enhance the user experience in managing healthcare services:

• Booking specialist services under the National Health Service (with a doctor's prescription), Private Practice (without a prescription), and Facilitated Private Practice;
• Consulting and/or cancelling active bookings;
• Reserving a spot in line at designated Sampling Points that allow for such reservations (a complete list of available sampling points can be found here: https://trec.trentinosalute.net/);
• Accessing laboratory and radiology reports for a maximum of 45 days from the date of issuance.
